CHEESE, CANA DE OVEJA LOG IMPORTED SPAIN CRYOVAC REF – 4/2.2 LBA

Description

An accessible, soft-ripened, sheep’s milk cheese covered in a light layer of white mold. There are two distinct layers under the rind. First, a layer of gooey ripe cheese, but as you move towards the centre the cheese grows flakier and crumblier. Flavour could be described as slightly acidic with buttermilk and lanolin under notes.
