Description
Sweet reduction of the grape must used to make balsamic vinegar. Reduced to about one third of its original volume, and aged for 2 years in chestnut and oak barrels, creating a syrup like consistency. Very versatile product, bringing a sweet balsamic flavor to meat, fish, vegetables, and desserts.
